Warrior Energy Services Recognized with Chevron's "Raising the Bar Award"
Warrior Energy Services, A Superior Energy Services Company, received Chevron's "Raising the Bar Award" on July 23 at a special ceremony held in Covington, LA. The award, given in recognition of positive leadership behaviors and safety management processes, was earned over a three-year period and has been an ongoing process for Warrior. Bill Jenkins, Warrior's President & CEO, accepted the award on behalf of all Warrior employees.
Dan Shulaw, Chevron Senior Workover Engineer and Warrior's management sponsor, said: "As the management sponsor for Warrior Energy Services, I am very proud to be associated with this organization as the character and motivation they have shown over the last three to four years towards the safety process has been exemplary. The fact that the Company lowered its TRIR to .50 while its workforce doubled from 2005 to 2007 is a testament to their commitment to safety. My congratulations goes out to Warrior."
