(NYSE: SPN) today announced net income of $24.1 million, or $0.30 per diluted share on revenue of $424.9 million for the second quarter of 2010, and adjusted net income of $34.6 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, after excluding pre-tax management transition expenses of $16.4 million.
These results are compared with net income of $21.5 million, or $0.27 per diluted share on revenue of $364.5 million in the first quarter of 2010, and a net loss of $68.9 million, or $0.88 per share on revenue of $361.2 million in the second quarter of 2009.
